The culture and the people. Everyone is super supportive and encouraging and always there to give a hand or answer any questions.

I was attracted to the company since they are a Contractor. Every job is different which can make the work more interesting and more challenging.
Monos has covered course costs and materials, bicycle lockers, gym in the building at very low rate, reasonably active social club, subsidised Adventure World tickets for family fun day.

FIFO rosters aren't always ideal but necessary for site experience.
Can be a lot of responsibility when first starting as a grad
Since they are contractors, sometimes changes are inevitable. You get told that you're going to this site at this time but it can change at short notice.
Sometimes processes are not taught to the graduates and when given a new task it is expected of us to understand how to do it automatically.
Limited graduate support resources mean you need to be proactive and drive your own development
