Managers are extremely accessible and make fantastic mentors - all you have to do is reach out and mention you're a graduate, and they are almost always happy to make time for you.

All my managers and mentors have been extremely helpful, and are accessible at all times! We constantly meet formally and informally to talk about performance and etc.

Having been in 3 different teams, I've had a variety of different managers. Unfortunately while the managers may be fantastic at their own work, I've found that not all of them can make the most of or fully unlock the potential of graduates.

Senior managers readily engage and interact with Graduates; however, don't necessarily make themselves available as mentors all the time.

It depends on the manager. I've had hands off managers, and very good managers who schedule in fortnightly coaching meetings. Thankfully, I've mostly had attentive managers. They always encourage me to push myself further.
