Please describe the interview process and assessments.
The interview process quite long - it involved an online application, psychometric assessments, a video interview and then an assessment centre. The team were accessible and communicated throughout the entire process, which was fantastic.

They were all mainly behavioural questions. Trying to find out what type of a person i was, what i would do in a certain situation and etc. Also questions about the company.

NAB hires based on behaviour and cultural fit. You can be the smartest person in the room, but if you can't connect with people then you won't be a good fit for the organisation. Be yourself in the interviews.

Read the website and news on the company - make sure you learn about the company's activities outside your area of interest (e.g. community involvement). Practice any and all interview questions you can think of. Use the STAR approach.
