Work hours depend on the team you work with. My experience has been front line, and so you need to be in the office more to respond to customers. If something comes up, however, the team is flexible about you popping in and out of the office.

There will be times at which you are expected to work above and beyond ordinary working hours. Otherwise, NAB is both flexible and accommodating with regard to working hours.

As it takes me around 2 hours to get to work (door to door), I start at about 7:30 and finish at 5. I would like to finish earlier so I don't have to get home so late, or possibly work from a local business banking centre once a week.

Generally, I'm in from 8:30-5. The company is very flexible. I take a 30 min lunch break to be able to leave at that time, I can come in later and stay back later, and I'm welcome to leave early for appointments and make up for it later.

I work decent hours but am allowed to get out for exercise at lunch which I really value.

Depends on the department you work in, tend to be a little longer than most other workplaces, but not terrible and there is flexibility to be able to work from home or leave early if you need to.
