Nova Systems has taken strong steps to make information regarding career progression easier. Initiatives the company has taken include; Conversational presentations made by managers to graduates on how to use Personal Development (PD) funds and case studies/anecdotes from themselves and other company members on how graduates can progress their career; Having dedicated graduate coordinators who check-in with graduates once a month and guide graduates throughout the completion of a 'graduate workbook'; Having managers encourage conversation to attribute funds to upskilling for career moves that might involve overseas training; Being open to under-qualified staff responding to EOIs for the purpose of generating exposure and providing a basis for feedback to equip staff for future EOIs
