Culture at Nova Systems

From my short experience so far, everyone seems to get along, the socialising functions are fantastic and if you have just started or have been here for a while everyone wants to get along

There is lunch of the month, regional events, end of year events and annual conferences. Even after work hours there are trivia events and other social events.

Nova actively checks in on employee satisfaction, issues and personal goals to help progress my development. Outside of work there are regular social events and activities.

Friendly, supportive and inclusive environment.

Very inclusive culture. No one takes themselves too seriously. Everyone is very welcoming and values the graduates for the work they do and contribute towards. Plenty of social events and opportunities to network and get to know colleagues in a relaxed environment.

Very good company culture. Nova believes in achieving a good work-life balance and seems to support that

Everyone is very supportive and willing to help whenever they can. There are numerous social activities held throughout the year which are not compulsory but form the glue of the supportive team environment.

Annual 3-day conference to bring the whole company together for networking and. Great culture within the office, with a well-stocked kitchen, and monthly birthday celebrations. Very flat structure at Nova, you can approach any level of management for a chat, for example at the annual conference I sat next to the CEO for a dinner! Multiple out-of-work events each year to promote socialising within the team and provide a bit of a different environment for it.

Promotes good work life balance, fun out of office activities. Largely non hierarchical which makes it easier to approach others for help.

The culture at Nova is one of appreciation. Everyone is extremely approachable and interested in what you have to say.

Can talk to the CEO about anything, very approachable guy and will remember you. You will find people who care and bring a family vibe to the office, there are multiple social events from hiking to trivia nights.

Nova is the most culture driven company I've ever come across. Within 2 months of working at Nova I'd met all the executives, founders and the CEO. Its a very social company

Nova is very supportive of everyone. Our social committee holds events for all kinds of people from cooking classes, to football showdowns, to movie nights.
