There are many opportunities for training and upskilling at Nova Systems, especially with the Professional Development (PD) funds and days. This is a funding pool, on top of the base salary, from which you can apply for work-related or health and mental wellbeing-related expenses. Each employee has 5 PD days attributed to these activities.
