Office & Workplace at Nova Systems

Plenty of snacks, plenty of banter, plenty of laughs and more importantly plenty of work.

Dress code is formal for work and there is a good working environment with great kitchen facilities. You can make your own drink and there is some food in the cupboard if you forget to bring your lunch. The markets are nearby and a cafe is close by too.

Company offices provide good facilities and a relaxed attitude.

The dress code is standard business attire (no suits). The offices themselves that I have seen are well equipped but quite dated in terms of design and decor.

Office space is great. Well-lit and well-ventilated. Not too cold or too hot. Open plan space but not too loud. Excellent meeting rooms. Break rooms are good. Bathrooms are good. Dress code is pretty relaxed.

Most of the offices across Australia are very clean and new with the separated office desks, roughly a traditional office with enough space to see and talk to everyone in the office if need be. Some office locations are not in the business district 'hub of business' and I think the company loses out on brand visibility and recognition through this. It is also inconvenient from a work lifestyle perspective to travel far for food or coffee. This is also an inconvenience when it comes to introducing clients into the office and probably detracts from a company-pride aspect, something for Nova to consider moving forward. Facilities have gone beyond meeting my expectations with the pros of having outer-CBD offices being guaranteed parking and room for larger office that includes change rooms and lockers.

Offices are regular. Every Friday is casual Friday so you get to show a bit of your personality

Most offices are at a great standard. There are great facilities with everything you need to maintain productivity and deliver outcomes. Some offices seem a bit archaic.

My office is lovely. The dress code is to be neat and tidy but isn't too strict for day to day activities. We have casual Fridays too!
