Working Hours at Procter & Gamble

8.9
8.9 rating for Working Hours, based on 10 reviews
How flexible is your company when it comes to hours?
Reasonably flexible. It's not a 9-5. Average 10 hour days. Start and finish when you want just get your work done. I study after hours and the company is flexible around that.

37.5 hours per week, however most work longer. Work from home one day per week. Very flexible as long as work gets done.

As a new Grad, the hours are pretty long. Start around 8am and finish 7:30pm. Plus weekends.

Flexible with WFH option

I work long hours, but this isn't expected. P&G rate output not 'facetime' as the important driver for success. I rated this a 10 because of our policy which allows working from home and no set work hours.
