What are your thoughts on pay and bonuses at your company?
Above industry standard. 18% bonus, 13% super.
Graduate, Weipa - 13 Feb 2018
Monthly pay is something that took a little while to get use. I've never received a bonus in my previous jobs so it's great that you are rewarded if you and the business are doing well. We have a yearly bonus system I believe that monthly would be better as it keeps people more focused on safety and business performance.

Both pay and bonuses are good and competitive to market
Graduate, Perth - 04 Feb 2018
Pay is great, the bonus program is based on a number of performance factors but they are usually granted in some amount.

In my department we have to do a lot more hours than the others, but we don't necessarily have a higher salary
Graduate, Sorel-Tracy - 03 Feb 2018
I believe the pay at my organisation for a graduate is quite substantial, particularly in comparison to the big four consultancies. I did not choose my organisation for pay, but I do appreciate this, and it did contribute to my decision making between this organisation and another offer. Bonuses are based on your personal performance and the business' performance which I feel is a fair and reasonable process.

Good base salary for experience, and potential for bonuses.

It is pretty good that people do receive bonuses and increases once a year, can't complain with that. I have not received a bonus yet, so I can't say too much about it.
Graduate, Perth? - 02 Feb 2018
Good base and remote allowances, safety and KPI linked bonus
Graduate, FIFO from Perth - 02 Feb 2018
Bonuses depend on my performance (review at the end of the year). I think this is a very fair system.

Graduate, jabiru - 02 Feb 2018
The pay is good and realistic for my skill set and location. Yet to receive a bonus so unsure of that aspect.
