Bonuses and pay are pretty much as good as you can get straight out of university with a good work/life balance. Have not increased as expected due to industry downturn.

For technical staff, bonuses seem to be too focussed on things that are out of the staff's control, such as company performance.

The company provides reasonable pay and bonuses. They provide additional allowances depending on where you work and the amount of hours you do or whether you are on shift.

Pay is very competitive early on and improves throughout the program.

Starting graduate salary is very good, also get a bonus each year depending on company performance. With recent oil crash this may change.

Well remunerated relative to my peers of same experience level. Bonus is used as an incentive for achieving personal/company goals. Salaries have been frozen for the last 18 months due to falling share price - something I understand.

As part of my current role, I am getting rent-free accommodation. They also provide a free gym membership. When travelling for training all your expenses are paid for by the company. They also have a good mobilisation policy.
