How flexible is your company when it comes to hours?
Generally very flexible, but operations related roles are much more demanding.

Generally 8.30am-5pm with a 1 hour lunch break. You are able to change your work hours officially, allowing for earlier starts or later finishes, but you are not able to change these on an ad hoc basis. You are currently unable to work extra hours during the week to enable an extra day off a fortnight for instance, which I feel would be an attractive offer to some members of staff.

Depends what kind of work you're doing. Sometimes you're in the office for a lot longer than 7.5 hours. Sometimes you arrive bang on 8:30 and leave bang on 5 Santos do need to employ the RDO policy to keep up with the ever improving industry culture

Standard 37.5hr work week. Reasonably flexible, though I would welcome something like an RDO arrangement that other employers have - working an extra half hour in order to get every second Friday off.

Work hours are flexible, depending on role. Current role however has high workload and many deadlines to be met requiring extended hours to deliver. Working in the field credits "time off in lieu" days to make up for the longer hours spent (compared to office, if in field for long periods) and for weekends spent.

Generally the company is very flexible. Overarching attitude is that you get your job done you can be quite free. At times when projects are on it can be quite hectic and long hours, but in general hours are reasonable.

A full time load (37.5 hrs) is expected, with mention of extended hours as required. Reality is most will work 45hrs or more. Specific times are reasonably flexible, but there is an expectation to be available to support Operations (early morning meetings, site visits etc.).

Usually the company hours are very reasonable. However, at the moment we are undergoing commissioning and start-up of the LNG facilities which has required personnel to work a fair bit of overtime.

I work normal office hours, very occasionally I work outside these hours, either in the office or via remote access from home. The hours can be flexible if you have occasional other commitments.

Company is very flexible as long as work gets done. Work hours are usually in excess of number quoted in contract. position is salary

Generally work 8-5, but fairly flexible with regards to start/finish time as long as hours are covered. No issues to leave early for appointments and can make hours up later.

Relatively flexible. As a roster employee, days on and off work are relatively rigid but this is known before accepting role. There were no issues when I requested leave for personal reasons. Hours worked per day not strictly enforced - up to employees to monitor and ensure meet company expectations.

Flexible - work is normally between 8 and 6 - if you have an appointment or have to leave early, make up hours elsewhere in the week.
