The SAS Graduate Program runs for a 12 month period across the calendar year. You will start by completing SAS boot camp training whilst also familiarising yourself with SAS as a company and learning various business skills. Following your training, you will be placed within various teams to gain hands on experience in different areas of the business including consulting, technical support and pre sales. At the completion of the SAS Graduate Program, there will be opportunities for you to move into other roles within SAS Australia and New Zealand.

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

SAS is seeking STEM (Statistics, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics) Graduates with the "overall package". We are looking for high achievers who have a passion for analytics, mathematics or computer science. The ideal candidates are motivated with the ability to work both collaboratively and autonomously. Strong communication and analytical problem solving skills will help you stand out from the crowd and prior experience with a programming language or modelling tool will be desirable. As a SAS Grad, you will need to present yourself professionally and have the ability to adapt to a corporate environment.

TO BE SUCCESSFUL, YOU WILL HAVE THE FOLLOWING:

  • A Tertiary Degree in a relevant Technology or STEM subject
  • Completion of your degree between Dec 2015 - Dec 2017
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • Programming and modelling skills
  • Positive attitude towards learning
  • Clear and articulate communication
  • Professional presentation
  • Full Australian working rights (Australian Citizen, New Zealand Citizen or Australian/ New Zealand Permanent Resident)
  • SAS studies are also desirable
