Salary at Schlumberger

As a trainee the pay is for a fresh out, in my particular segment when we become a qualified engineer the salary rises significantly.

You'll be able to make and save good money when you're a field engineer. It is very hard work in terms of the number of work hours, working conditions and performance expectations.

The starting salary should be higher.

No bonuses in the first year so I am yet to comment on the bonuses arrangement.

Because I am an international hire living in the United States in North Dakota, my rent is paid for by the company. I also get meal allowance. I get travel allowance as well to return home on my holidays.
