About the Role

Specifically, we are looking for someone to join our Research team; this team provides information and insights to enhance business decisions.

As a Graduate in the Research Insights team you will have exposure to and be involved in any number of the following:

• Researching and providing information on property market conditions across all major property asset classes, from a national level through to specific regions.
• Providing information to support pricing and product recommendations.
• Developing forecasts to enhance business decision making.

About You

We are open to a degree including Economics, Commerce, Mathematics or Engineering, or degrees that have a significant quantitative component

• You are interested in (or have experience in) property markets
• You are organised, have excellent attention to detail and are able to prioritise your workload and work to deadlines
• Ideally you have strong data process and modelling experience and advanced Excel skills

In addition, we are looking for graduates with the following attributes:

To be eligible to apply to the Stockland Graduate Program you must:

• be an Australian Citizen or a Permanent Resident of Australia
• have completed a relevant undergraduate or postgraduate degree in 2016 or 2017
• be available to commence employment with Stockland in February 2018
