Your Role

As a Sales Associate within the VIC Medium Density business, based in either the west or east (your preference), your role is to provide exceptional administrative and sales support to the Stockland clients.

Working on-site, some of your duties include:

• Maintain and update sales systems and processes to maximise the number of enquiry conversions.
• Contribute to sales activities including pre-qualification and follow-up, meet and greet assistance with qualification
• Communicate internally and externally with Sales Professionals, Sales Managers, Customers and other key stakeholders and deliver an exceptional customer experience
• Contribute to the competitor information database
• Work collaboratively in a team environment toward a common goal
• Be responsible for representing the professional appearance of the site office

About You

You will ideally come from a Property / Real Estate background, however we will also consider candidates who have strong customer service skills and basic sales experience in industries outside of the property industry.

You have superb communication skills, exceptional customer focus and are able to build rapport quickly with clients and colleagues.  You are organised, results focused and professional at all times.

You must have a driving licence and be able to work weekends. You will receive the time off in lieu.
