Suncorp has an excellent company culture. I have found my colleagues to be friendly and willing to train me. We regularly socialise outside of work and participate in offsite team days and volunteer days. I'm based in our head office in Brisbane where we have a very relaxed culture. We don't have to wear suits and every Friday is casual Friday. As a national business our teams are often split across several states, despite this staff work together and cooperate regularly.
