Salary at Suncorp Group

First couple of raises exceeded expectations, last one didn't. Bonuses in line with expectations

The pay is average especially considering the cost of living in Australia in comparison to the US, where I am from. Having said that, the salary review and bonuses take place quite frequently (12, 18, and 24 months for graduates).

Grad salaries are competitive and pay reviews are regular. I have received annual bonuses and the company share offer each year.

The pay is fair in a Brisbane environment but would prove challenging in a Sydney or Melbourne location due to living costs and competitor offerings. Bonuses depend on the company's performance and business units (e.g. sales/front office units generally get better rewarded).

Have to really push for pay and be an outstanding performer to get a bonus

It's very good for a graduate, although pay doesn't appear to be linked to performance for graduates which deviates from the company policy.

Sales units have better perks due to dealing with clients. Standard perks are related to Suncorp sponsorship or contractual benefits (discounts with business partners etc.).

Free tickets to sporting events. Time off in lieu.

Team lunch paid by leader and free beers once a fortnight!

I had all moving expenses paid for, however I did have a different circumstance moving from the US. We do have several employee benefits (i.e. discounts on retail, flights, etc.).

I've received free State of Origin tickets, QLD Reds tickets, Discounted vehicle, contents and travel insurance, Fee free banking and free credit card, gift cards, discounted airline lounge membership to name a few perks.
