The graduate program itself has great training opportunities. The induction to the public service could have been better. There is a decent level of internal and external training option available. There is support to take study leave to attend courses with RTO providers.

Initial training programs into systems are helpful in starting off, with a range of formal and informal opportunities for development. The graduate program offers an additional budget for each individual to tailor their learning and development as they wish.

In the 4 months I have been employed I have done lots of different training programmes which were mostly very helpful. In addition to information provided as part of the graduate program I am in, training I have done that is available to all staff covered things like company procedures/induction, writing, project management and safe driving.
