Digital Platform Manager

This role is primarily centred around integrating and managing the various digital platforms we employ across the business - these include our ecommerce platform Shopify, our CRM platform Hubspot and our analytics platform Google Analytics.

Further, the role requires integrating our sales channels - Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Youtube and EDM into the aforementioned platforms, ensuring the sales data, sales attribution and consumer behaviour across all of these platforms is centralised, aligned and easily interpreted to enable us to deliver more personalised marketing messaging to relevant consumers in an easily automated way.

We are not wedded to a graduate of or student currently studying a specific degree to fulfil this position.

You could have recently graduated or be studying computer science, marketing or graphic design.

The key attributes we are looking for is an individual who is comfortable with the technical, backend side of a fast growing ecommerce startup that is gearing up to significantly scale in 2020. Therefore you need to have a solid understanding of, or the ability to quickly learn, the nuances of integrating the platforms mentioned above as they are the backbone of our business and what will enable us to scale at the speed we require.

At a personal level you need to be able take on tasks and follow them through with a high degree of autonomy as we are still only a team of 5, so we would be looking to you for technical fixes or builds across our platform ecosystem. However, you will have the guidance and assistance of a senior level marketer that does understand these platforms deeply - so if you hit a snag, we'll be there to help educate and guide you through it.

As a team, we are self starters who punch out tasks quickly and are not afraid to say no to tasks we cannot take on, and as mentioned before, ask for help when needed - we expect the same mentality from you.

From a cultural point of view, you need to be comfortable in a fast paced, ever evolving, demanding, fun and exciting environment that welcomes and encourages ideas across design, sales, marketing and operations - and dogs, you kinda need to like dogs, as we currently have two that roam our office regularly!

Lastly, you'll be passionate about wanting to make the world a better place through your work - in our case this is tackling mental health in a radically different way to drive down the high rate of suicide in Australia.
