I have regular communication with my managers in both formal and informal channels.

the program has an informal review and mentorship process. it allows me as a grad to ask any questions and get feedback on my performance, without worry about it being recorded. This lets me focus on learning now and achieving later.

managers are highly accessible. many people will willingly give you guidance if you ask and there are multiple programs to build mentor relations within the bank

Immediate managers are great. Very supportive and offer feedback and praise when due. Higher level managers are a bit inaccessible due to number of employees.

Very accessible. Graduates have unique access to managers and should make the most of this opportunity. Formal mentors are also assigned to each Graduate.

You can shoot an email to anyone requesting a chat or a coffee and they are always supportive and talkative.

Graduate managers & mentors are very helpful, able to talk about all sorts of topics with them.
