As i began as a Westpac Grad, I followed the usual graduate process which was online application, testing, video interview, assessment center, final offer.

a lengthy process in which i was requested to perform many different actives. Initially it was an application with a number of short questions around prior experiences and behavior. Following that process i performed an aptitude and another behavioral test. Following these tests, i performed a video interview. Lastly, i undertook the assessment center where i performed individual tasks, group tasks and a final interview.

its hard to prepare for the grad interviews as most people have roughly the same experience and education. the selection process I believe was more around a cultural fit. are you able to work collectively? can you overcome difficult situations? will you help others when they need help?
