Bonus dependent on meeting targets, Pay is in line with industry standard.
Graduate, Sydney - 15 Dec 2016
Bonuses are not currently paid but have implemented an incentive program so that is changing.
Executive, Brisbane - 12 Dec 2016
The pay is a competitive rate for graduates in our area
Graduate, Melbourne - 08 Dec 2016
The bonus system is designed for people underperforming which means people that are currently performing as expected or above are not rewarded.
Experienced, Brisbane - 08 Dec 2016
We are given a market-rate base salary, and then KPIs that we need to achieve in order to receive an annual bonus. Seems fair.
Midlevel, Brisbane - 06 Dec 2016
As far as graduate rates go, once again I can't complain, and as far as I am aware there is no bonus paid at the company.
Graduate, Melbourne - 06 Dec 2016
I think the firm pays above average.
Graduate, Adelaide - 06 Dec 2016
I think all graduate salaries are lower than I anticipated with a bachelor degree. Therefore, I don't think money should or is an influence in my opinion about the firm.
Graduate, Adelaide - 05 Dec 2016
The bonus structure could be improved and I feel that my salary is quite low at times, however I have to work a second job in order to be able to afford my mortgage etc.
Graduate, Brisbane - 05 Dec 2016
The firm has a bonus system they recently brought in, however, it is in its infancy and will need (in my opinion) significant refinement before it is a valuable tool. I suspect few to none are currently on track to meet their bonuses and sadly the bonus letters were given out significantly later than originally promised making meeting some of the targets even more difficult to achieve.
Experienced, Brisbane - 05 Dec 2016
The pay is a little bit below industry average levels however I am getting flexibility and understanding as well and I count it as addition to my salary. Bonus system was introduced just a few month ago and in my opinion is unachievable.
