About the Role
This role would suit someone who is keen to get their foot in the door and launch their career in HR! We are looking for a highly motivated entry level HR Graduate to be based in our office in Sydney. This is a small and growing team, who work passionately to provide excellent client service to the business and the People Team comprising of HR Business Partners, Talent Acquisition & Learning & Development.

Your responsibilities would be;

  • To be a single point of contact for all general HR related queries
  • To providing administrative support to the HR team and business
  • Maintaining our employee information database & electronic files
  • Meeting Service-Level Agreements in line with our Standard Operating Procedures
  • To be involved in People Team projects time to time

As a WSP HR Graduate, you will develop and gain competency within stakeholder engagement, HR systems and processes & relationship building. You will;

  • Have a Diploma / Degree in Human Resources (Mandatory)

  • Have a strong ability to solve problems and think on your feet
  • Have the ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
