Currently as a graduate developer I believe the total pay is fair and relative to other graduate role.

I don't pay much attention to how much I get paid but I feel like I get paid well. There's also a share based incentive scheme to encourage people to stay at Xero for longer which seems pretty cool. Graduates also go under a more frequent salary review process compared to the rest of the business because we generally have a greater "growth potential".

Free sodas! Free drinks every Friday, they have a budget for individual learning materials, they allocate shares as part of their LTI.

We have free coffee / soft drink / fruit in the office. At the beginning of the grad program we also had a company-paid trip to the wellington office for the first week. Everyone also gets a free Xero subscription and discounts for family and friends. There's a bunch of other smaller freebies and discounts but those are the main ones of note.

Xero has many benefits. Some of the great ones include: - 3 days additional paid leave is gifted between the Christmas and New Years public holidays. - Many free lunches/ Friday drinks etc.
