Delivered exclusively online, through our Distance Learning programme this masters course can be studied at a time and place to suit you and has the added value of the Chartered Management Institute (CMI) accreditation.

Following consultation with our international alumni and employers, we have developed this online MBA to build and hone your broad management skills for delivering strategy and change within the complex landscape of modern business.
A bachelor's degree or diploma equivalent to a UK honours degree at a minimum of second class (2.2). If you are not an English native speaker, you will be required to provide us with a proof of English language level equivalent to IELTS 6.5 or above
Assessments
Assessments are designed to provide you with an opportunity to demonstrate your strengths in a number of ways and so a variety of methods are used. A critical element of the assessment strategy is that you’ll have the chance to apply your learning directly into your day-to-day role.
A vital part of your work will be the opportunity to create and take ownership of a detailed piece of research relating to a management issue.
To support your development, we will provide you with academic support online to make sure you have the skills in place to successfully complete every assessment you submit.
Your Arden tutor will be able to give you suggestions and tips for improvement and help you understand how to apply your newly-acquired skills into real life settings.

Pay in Full
You can pay for your Arden University course all in one go if you have the funds. There is typically up to 10% off the total price if you pay this way.
Instalments
You can pay for your studies as you go along. That means no monthly payment obligations; you simply make the next payment when you are ready to start the next stage of your course. So if you can’t pay upfront or perhaps aren’t eligible for a student loan, you can pay in bitesize chunks.
We accept credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard and UK Maestro), bank transfers and cheques. Unfortunately, we are currently we are unable to accept Amex cards for payment. Students can also pay via PayPal if they are paying in GBP.
You will consider your own role as manager and how you lead people, as well as develop a strategic awareness of the commercial environment in which you operate. The development and implementation of strategy and how you can sustain both yourself and the organisation you manage in the future are further themes you will explore.
Within this framework you will study the key management functions, such as marketing, finance and HRM, but in a way that shows how they relate to each other - with plenty of opportunities to apply your learning to your own workplace and learn from your fellow classmates.
