Masters (Coursework)
The healthcare landscape is changing and challenging the way we currently engage with healthcare services. The population is living longer with complex and chronic conditions, and many people have increasing expectations of healthcare and technology.
The traditional, siloed approach to healthcare is becoming increasingly ineffective and inefficient in meeting patients' needs and desires. We require a flexible health workforce that engages in lifelong learning, is technologically savvy, understands research evidence and is able to develop different models and systems of care. We are all being challenged to upskill and prepare ourselves to lead the changes required. Health leaders who think differently can learn to thrive in an environment of disruption and create positive change.
The Master of Healthcare Innovations is offered full time over 3 semesters (one year), or part time over multiple semesters. The program is delivered to small cohorts via intensive workshops supported by blended and online learning approaches, limiting on-campus attendance requirements and ensuring flexibility to cater for interstate or international students, and those balancing studies with work and family commitments.
