Culture
The company culture is all about networking. There a many opportunities outside of work to socialise with colleagues - not as many during working hours. The company structure is so big and complicated it is difficult to understand the hierarchy - generally.

Diversity

Diversity
There is a large range of different people employed and diversity is continually stated as a focus. There are groups which anyone can join for basically every reason (e.g. there is an LGBT group and groups based on interest). There are numerous women in high up positions. Maternity and paternity leave is provided, I am not aware of childcare but there are flexible work options.
