I think we should always base recruitment on skills/what they bring to the table and NOT be dependent on providing diversity. I LOVE that there is maternity leave for both male and female parents at AECOM.

They have a lot of provisions for diversity

AECOM is aware of this and is making steps to be more diverse, which is good to see.

There is parental leave available for both men and women which is great. As far as commitment to diversity goes I don't see any stage of the recruitment process discriminating against any race, gender or culture. I firmly believe the right person for the position is the right person, regardless of these factors.

They are working hard to increase the diversity due to being a male dominated industry. My team is very diverse.

Really good initiative to have gender diversity

I believe diversity at the workplace is pretty good, particularly in regards to females. I think everyone here respects each other and it is good to be in an environment like such

Active on addressing it for a male-dominated industry. Multicultural.

AECOM has a diversity and inclusion plan which I think focuses mainly on gender equality and LGBT inclusion. I know Australia does a lot for racial reconciliation. AECOM has targets for recruiting females in the graduate intake and female representation in higher management. Parental leave is available for both men and women.

Over half the office is women, not only in admin but also in technical roles. Everyone is treated as equal and intolerant behaviour isn't tolerated
