First there was an online assessments which were fun games. I can't recall if there was a phone interview before the face to face interview. I was interviewed by the team manager and the graduate recruitment staff that I had been interacting with during the process.

I had one interview over Skype but still within the AECOM office in Christchurch. Interview felt good and more like asking me if I would be a suitable fit for the office and team I would be working at.

Send in CV online and fill out the boxes with exactly what was on your CV. Receive an email after 2 weeks asking for me to participate in some sort of ranked online puzzle game. After all that then there was the online video interview which is just you answering questions about yourself on a webcam, no other human is involved. After all that then there is the assessment center which is a group interview where they assess you ability to work with strangers to complete engineering related tasks.
