What are your thoughts on pay and bonuses at your company?
Low - Mid End. Not as competitive as other companies.

Remuneration is not near as high as other grad jobs
Graduate, Wellington - 06 Aug 2019
Pay is a weak point. Allegedly salaries are benchmarked against the industry averages but there is no evidence of this and discussions with university alumni and other contacts suggest staff here are underpaid. Perks and benefits can make up for some of this relative to non-corporate positions.

Lags behind the pay offered at other companies, although I understand why AECOM can pay graduates less. This is probably why graduates always end up leaving after 2-3 years.

It's pretty standard, but they could offer more to grads so we are incentivised to stay. Small companies get around 10k more.

I don't know anything about the pay scale or how bonuses work.

There are no bonuses at my company. The pay isn't as competitive as it should be at the graduate level.
Graduate, Auckland - 25 Jul 2019
Pay is reasonable, bonus' I've only had discretionary to date - but fair. End of year bonuses/salary increase will be pivotal going forward however
Graduate, Auckland - 25 Jul 2019
Pay is lower than similar roles at other companies. Many benefits and bonuses to make up for that though
Graduate, Auckland - 25 Jul 2019
The only bonus I know of is for referring people for vacancies and if that referral gets hired. I believe AECOM's pay is competitive with other companies.
Graduate, Christchurch - 25 Jul 2019
There are no bonuses, the wage is generally less than competitors
Graduate, Auckland - 25 Jul 2019
Graduates are paid market average. Australian graduates are paid $10,000AUD more than NZ grads so that is pretty disheartening to know
Graduate, Auckland - 25 Jul 2019
The salary is pretty good, it seems like it is slightly above average for engineering grads.
Graduate, Chrustchurch - 25 Jul 2019
It is on the lower end of consulting companies in NZ.
