Please describe the interview process and assessments.
it was a very simple process. Online application, followed by online psychometric tests. Phone interview and then an assessment centre, including a case study and behavioural interview.
Graduate, Melbourne - 01 Mar 2019
Interview process included psychometric testing, followed by an assessment centre which has an interview portion and a problem question
Graduate, Sydney - 27 Feb 2019
Resume submission and preliminary questions, psychometric testing, interview
Graduate, Sydney - 21 Feb 2019
The interview process was a bit lengthy - there were multiple tests to do, phone interview and then a final interview with a case study. Can understand the lengths it takes to hire good quality graduates, but it can be quite anxiety provoking and mentally draining.
Graduate, Melbourne - 19 Feb 2019
Phone interview and assessment centre. Relatively timely and efficient.

What questions were you asked in your interviews?
Predominantly behavioral questions and a few motivational questions, including future career plans and past work experience.
Graduate, Melbourne - 01 Mar 2019
Behavioural and attitude based - describe a time you demonstrated resilience, weren't able to deliver results, went above and beyond for a customer etc.
Graduate, Sydney - 21 Feb 2019
The questions in my interviews were focused on my willingness to learn and grow, admit to mistakes and learn from them quickly, and centred on being resilient during difficult times and how you came out of that time. They were good interview questions compared to the standard ones.
Graduate, Melbourne - 19 Feb 2019
Standard behavioural questions, with some commentary re. academics.

Do you have any specific tips and advice for candidates applying to your company? How would you recommend they best prepare?
Really research the role/division you are applying for and understand what it is the team does. Also be open and willing.
Graduate, Melbourne - 01 Mar 2019
Knowing how you past roles can help you as a graduate even if that role was hospitality (e.g. being a waitress taught you how to deal with customers). Also knowing about the company and other things you would do to get involved.
Graduate, Sydney - 27 Feb 2019
Discuss instances when you struggled/didn't achieve something and how you learnt and grew from this
Graduate, Sydney - 21 Feb 2019
Consider own value-add and why you want to work in the organization.
Graduate, Sydney - 19 Feb 2019
Would recommend that the candidate understands a bit about the growth mindset and reflect on how they have demonstrated that and whether they understand the concept of a growth mindset. Would also encourage them to be themselves and not be too reserved during interviews.
