Most supervisors are approachable and friendly - internal communication is good and mentorship is fostered

My supervisors are excellent mentors. Because they "check in" and chat with me, they are very approachable. They also make time to give performance feedback when I seek this

The structure of the team I am in is very "flat" and I work directly with senior partners on a weekly basis. I feel valued and that they know what I am up to professionally and personally

I have found that as a graduate most of the feedback I get from managers is informal. Most of my managers communicate very clearly with me which is helpful.
