I think the pay is fair for a graduate position. All graduates are paid the same, irrespective of whether they are admitted as a lawyer prior to commencing the graduate program

My firm provides taxis and staff dinners if we work past 7.30pm. It also hosts regular drinks on Friday as well as themed "special" drinks (the last one was trivia)
