Career Prospects at Aurecon Australia

I'm not too sure. I haven't asked about moving up the ranks, but I will be asking in my next 'Let's Talk' meeting.

I cannot comment too much on promotion possibilities as I am not too sure myself. My promotion possibilities will differ from those who came in as a grad. Those who started off as a grad will get an automatic promotion once they finish their graduate program. I think for me it will be a matter of working hard and a promotion will be dependent on whether there are available positions.

I found the progression from intern to graduate fairly straightforward and realistic, but otherwise I'm unsure about other possibilities.

Each year there is a review of your work and abilities.

Difficult to comment on this one as I haven't stayed in the company long enough to address this.

I have seen several people in my team be promoted since I arrived, and I believe these opportunities are open to everyone.

There is a clear structure for promotion through the levels within each team and the wider business. These are tracked in meetings with your line manager (these can be as frequent or infrequent as you and your manager like) and are made quite clear and accessible.

I would like to think that promotion possibilities are high, and it just takes quality work and a constant passion for learning new skills to move up the ranks.

The opportunities are definitely there, and there are clear expectations regarding development of skills.

I have only been a graduate for eight months, so I can't comment on promotions. I have been given extra responsibility already including being on client engagement teams and being project control for some projects.

There are promotion possibilities available down the track, however I am unsure how the system for promotions works at this stage.
