Promotes diversity events and specifically hold events to support women in the workplace. Very strong about the need for diversity to improve the company, and not just meet a quota.

Part-time to full-time transition opportunities as a part of parental leave. Balance level of women to men recruitment among graduates.

There are many courses, morning teas and emails around diversity and it's definitely not all talk and no action. I feel that across the board my company keeps diversity front and centre in its decision making.

The company is very diverse and inclusive, gender equality is a large focus and there are policies in-place to ensure this, including generous maternity and paternity leave, and women in senior management.

I was very pleasantly surprised with the proportion of women in the business, especially leadership positions.

I am a part of the Aurecon Diversity and Inclusion Committee and we are strongly heading in the direction that Aurecon is a workplace that everyone feels accepted for who they are, and everyone feels comfortable to come to work every day and be themselves. This is a matter Aurecon takes extremely seriously and I would correct this question regarding 'maternity leave'. We don't have 'maternity leave', we have 'parental leave'. Men and women are entitled to the same amount of leave! How amazing for an employer to recognise that both men and women want to spend time off to care for their new-born child. Aurecon has a strong young professional cohort and we embrace everyone; we celebrate diversity and inclusion and it is the foundation of our beliefs.

Good representation of females, ethnic minorities and LGBTI+ in the company. Clear evidence of promotions being earned on merit and skill. Quite a few students and parents who are allowed to work at 0.8 full time equivalent (FTE) capacity too.

I think we do pretty well on diversity, but we can definitely continue to do better. We have a Diversity and Inclusion Manager who ensures that we are committed to diversity within the company. However, I do feel that I am working in a very diverse environment ' my team has a nice mix of males to females, people from different ethnic backgrounds, and LGBTI+ personnel.

Great chance to work with people from different backgrounds. HR will actively help with the international students (who do not have PR), and equal opportunities to female employees.

Probably one of the more forward-thinking and open companies in the consulting industry.

Aurecon definitely embraces diversity; they even have toilets for transgender individuals.
Graduate, Perth - 19 Nov 2019
Very supportive with leave, child care, and promotions. Very diverse, lots of women and people from different backgrounds.
Graduate, Brisbane - 19 Nov 2019
Extremely inclusive culture and flexibility in working. Gender diversity within the team is reflective of recruitment focus to attract and retain women. Great gender diversity in middle/ upper management within my team which may be somewhat uncommon for the industry.
Graduate, Sydney - 19 Nov 2019
Good mix of minorities overall. As a woman, I have only ever been treated with respect, and have never been talked down to. There are women within in my team with leadership positions while working part time to stay home with children. My line manager is openly LGBTI+.
