Salary at Aurecon Australia

For my technical area, Aurecon pays extremely well.

I think as a whole the engineering field doesn't take care of young engineers as it should, but I think my company is better than the rest. They are also quite generous with bonuses, but I'm not sure on the criteria in how they are chosen.

It might be hard to achieve the KPI's in your first year to get a bonus. But then again it challenges you which is also good.

Haven't thought much on it. I enjoy what I do. The salary is enough to get me by to enjoy life. I'm happy.

Pay is reasonable ' I believe around industry standard. Bonus system is extremely opaque, very unclear to the 'lay' employee about how bonuses works.

I am very satisfied with my pay for my first role out of university and within the industry that I am working in. I am not too sure of the bonuses at my company for my role.

Based on the information I have received from other fellow graduates, I do believe that Aurecon offers competitive salaries by industry standard.

Aurecon is not competitive but the culture is something that cannot be bought. a lot of people leave for more money but come back for the culture

Getting paid as an intern is extremely generous.

Bonuses are minimal, and the pay is industry standard, especially for more junior roles.

Pay seems to be equitable and the review process is very clear, with goal setting for each financial year to map progress.

Can't complain about the salary ' it's really high for a graduate. No bonuses, which is a bit of a let-down. Although they kick in when you reach a certain level, so the company definitely values loyalty.

Annual contribution and salary review are introduced from the start; so even in your first six months you can be in line for a small bonus if your work is of a high enough quality.

The pay for a graduate is fairly standard within the industry or slightly higher. I am unsure on how bonuses work at this stage.

Beginning graduate salary is fairly average to be honest. I received a small pay rise and bonus rather quickly though. The fact that I was an undergraduate for two years before becoming a graduate may have affected this.

The company spends very little on perks, but I do enjoy casual Fridays.

Nothing that is particularly unusual. However, I am often offered free tickets to industry events, which are always good fun.

Flexible working, cars to borrow when visiting site, occasional morning teas and end of month drinks provided by the company.

Working on iconic projects and getting to go behind the scenes, like the airport or large stations or Defence bases.

Free tickets, travelling expenses, dinners, end of month celebrations, and interstate travel.

None I can think of in particular.

Discounts to company partnerships, including insurance and electronics. There are also claimable expenses if they are incurred for work. Another perk is that we finish early at 4:30 on Fridays :)

Good social outings, free breakfast foods, snacks, and tea and coffee in office.

Nothing generic or companywide, but for fieldworks we can chose our PPE gear and often get hired cars. We can keep and use our gear after jobs which can come in handy.

Free mental health consultations. Besides that, don't really get many perks ' I think the salary makes up for it though.

Provide nibbles and drinks end of month Fridays, as well as afternoon tea/ lunch occasionally.

Travel opportunities and team bonding activities are paid for.

Small office means I get to speak casually to directors. My team culture is likely to be the best I will ever have.
