Please provide further information on diversity with respect to women, ethnic minorities and LGBT. Please comment on issues such as recruitment, retention, promotion, child care, maternity leave, etc.
Being government there is special initiatives to employ more women, staff with disabilities, aboriginal and Torres strait islanders, etc. In particular, there is a disability recruiting scheme. Maternity leave is also very generous and work areas are understanding and supportive of this long term leave.
