Promotion rounds occur at the end of each calendar year and is based on a panel interview.

Very friendly culture. The structure is fine. Lots of cooperation and teamwork. Not many social activities outside of work.

Pretty committed - grad intake very diverse.

My personal experience has been great, and my supervisor is fantastic, but I hear rumours of others who are not so great.

Central location, no strict dress code unless seeing external clients

Not too bad but could be better. If you're in the graduate program and not based in Canberra, then you get some free trips to Canberra throughout the year to attend workshops.

Informal training is quite good, there are a lot of opportunities for all staff to work on new projects. Formal training is not greatly useful.

Extremely flexible working environment. Not only do we have flex arrangements where you can build hours etc. but we all are provided with laptops and are given the opportunity to work from home.
