Gender diversity seems to be the prominent issue. I am very disappointed with the lack of attention to the other types of diversity. With regard to gender equality the office is very flexible and encourages diversity.

I believe we exceed all expectations from a diversity point of view. We have more females in the office then we do men, and our leadership levels are predominantly female.

Workplace has made sure that I can work flexible hours so that I can fulfil my parenting duties. Special events were organized for International Women's Day and NAIDOC Week. Currently in the process of recruiting specific Indigenous Graduates.

There is a good culture for minorities at the company and there are good policies in place to look after everyone.

There are Diversity Officers on every floor of the office and active participation in events that promote women's health, indigenous health, LGBT awareness etc.
