Plenty of opportunity to grow and for promotion.

I participated in NAIDOC week events where guest speakers shared their experiences of growing up in an indigenous community and the history of their family in Australia. A number of indigenous culture participation workshops were held to increase awareness of indigenous culture.

Professional culture, very friendly, perhaps slightly archaic.

Workplace has made sure that I can work flexible hours so that I can fulfil my parenting duties. Special events were organized for International Women's Day and NAIDOC Week. Currently in the process of recruiting specific Indigenous Graduates. Non-biased recruitment process.

I enjoy the range of tasks I get to perform, especially the analytical and written components.

Depends on the individual. Certain managers are very approachable and available, others not so much.

Dress code standard is quite high. Everyone has adjustable stand/sit desks and any other hardware we need to assist us, is readily available.

Learning and development opportunities / training is absolutely top class.

Very frequent formal training for graduates. However the training courses lack application at times and can be very theory-heavy. I have picked up both technical and personal skills in training.

Very flexible.

The company encourages minimising using excess paper and is moving towards a paperless environment but still uses a lot of paper.
