Electrical engineer/project management. There is a nice blend between the technical electrical engineering detailed design work and project management oriented work. Engineering involves mostly design work, understanding how many components work together to form a system, then the project management skills are to source those materials, putting together documents and placing provisions for the system to become a reality.

This involves a constant mix of hands-on and computer based work. As part of this radiation detection group, I am able to enhance my skills in coding and in practical experience through the building and testing of detector systems.
