My managers have been very supportive.

Most managers are always willing to help and mentor where necessary. They tend to be patient and are typically thankful of the work I have done for them.

My immediate managers and the senior staff I interact with are great. I have nothing but praise for these people, my experience has been extremely positive. They are friendly people, giving their advice, time and imparting their knowledge. Not much else I could ask for.

My supervisor in my rotation is a very good manager and mentor and communicates with me very regularly. They are helpful and encouraging, assisting me with my work and collaborating on developing projects. She has helped me set goals for my time and provided feedback which is useful.

It is really dependent on the manager, some managers are great at communicating but some are not.

From my personal experience, my managers have been very approachable and really want you to learn and grow.

My line managers / direct supervisors have been great. I have worked directly alongside them most days. The contact with higher level management has been less satisfying.

My immediate managers are very good. Higher level managers not as much.
