The company typically has quite good training programs and allows for offsite training if the course is beneficial.

Online modules and in person workshops could be more streamlined and better organised to more effectively deliver the desired outcome.

There are a very large range of training and development programs available at ANSTO. It is mandatory to complete many of these as part of the graduate program.

ANSTO supported me to go to a couple of conferences in my field. There has been good in-house training targeted to work.

Great training programs, and funding available for extra training if necessary.
