How flexible is your company when it comes to hours?
Very flexible, time-in-lieu and a great boss allow me to come into work calm and collected, not rushed and anxious.

We work a set number of hours per week but the workplace is very flexible with when we do these hours.

I tend to work a typical 8-4 day, with a half hour lunch. Although, the company is very flexible. I can increase my lunch break up to 2 hours if necessary and adjust my start and finish times accordingly. Time-in-lieu/flex time can also be accrued allowing for shorter/longer working days when required.

I work 36.75 hours per week. If I work more I accrue flex time which I can take off in lieu. This allows a very flexible work environment. I can also work my daily hours between 7 am to 7pm at my choosing depending on meetings but that is very flexible.

ANSTO is very flexible with work hours. Most managers will allow you to start late and finish late (or vice versa) as long as you complete the required hours each day.

Pretty flexible depending on your area, you can work your 'standard hours' between 7am - 7pm. During big experiment weeks, I work a lot more. Flex time is great.

Majority of employees get flex time, which is good.
