IDC - Indigenous Defence Consortium - partners as a preference with indigenous and local suppliers to create opportunities for these suppliers

Everyone is required to complete an environmental and social responsibility training course.

They partner with FIRST robotics to encourage high school students to engage with STEM activities.

They support the Indigenous population strongly among other initiatives.

Donation to charity. Office donates to the Royal Flying Doctor Service.

Robust anti-corruption policy

Several projects run at any time with many teams taking on work across all projects.

BAE sponsors a range of community, educational and industry events. These include first robotics, FSAE, solar car, Aerospace Futures conference, legacy, etc.

BAE partners with the flying doctors service and several STEM focused educational programs - there are opportunities for grads to be involved in these.

I have worked in projects that focus on responsible business in the naval and aerospace domain that by considering our environment and offering sustainable solutions.

The company participates in initiatives to encourage women and girls to participate in STEM careers.

Encouraging STEM for all ages starting from children. I have been involved with careers events such as Science Alive. We are also sponsors of FIRST LEGO league to support STEM at schools. I volunteered as a judge to be a part of that.
