I think this depends on job prospects, timing and opportunity within the company, and how things line up with their business needs. However it seems there is good opportunity to advance your career.

BAE has compulsory training modules to maximise social responsibility.

The company structure is well defined, and the individual managers are supportive of each individual. The work hours are normal, with flexibility of starting times, whilst the socializing is humorous and welcoming in the daily environment.

The company is still very male-dominated, but the graduate level is much more evenly split across genders.

Most of the work I do are not technical. Expecting more technical work

Managers are very close-by, making it easy to ask questions of any matter. They also have plenty of knowledge to feed off.

A good mix of office and laboratory/workshop environments. Located around a range of shops and restaurants.

Mostly technical, a few character and mental development, a few on progress and goals The more breadth of technical understanding in the field, the better. Does not need to be extremely in-depth knowledge, but the work covers many technical areas and having a basic grasp on these beforehand helps immensely.

It is decent for the experience I have and there is opportunity to increase it in the future. Some travel cost reduction with certain airways

We follow a 70/20/10 model. 70% of the training is hands on experience. 20% is from mentoring and colleague support. 10% through training courses. I've gained a wide range of technical skills and was able to develop numerous personal and professional skills along the way such as leadership and public speaking.

Depending on which project/area you work in, the work hours can be very flexible. Generally, there is a strong emphasis on having a healthy work/life balance.

There is a clear focus on sustainability.
