They seem very flexible. It is expected that we do our base 38 hours each week as a minimum, however we are in control of what time we start and finish each day as long as we maintain our performance and get the work done. There is also the opportunity to work from home on occasion, however I have not done this yet.
Graduate, Adelaide - 26 Feb 2018
I'm encouraged to only work 8 hours a day and "do my work at work, not at home." The company seems focussed on maximizing a work-life balance. This was incredibly refreshing after University.
Graduate, Melbourne - 26 Feb 2018

8.30-4.45, keep very standard hours. Company is very flexible with hours and the focus is on making sure you are ok with them and not having too much overtime, and that the work gets done not necessarily if you come in at 8.45 on the dot or anything
Graduate, Canberra - 23 Feb 2018
