Mixed/patchy. Must actively identify good mentors.

My managers have all wanted employees to succeed and develop themselves further.

I have had limited experience with this in my first 3 weeks, however have had contact with the GM of my area so accessibility seems pretty good.

Mentors are very accessible but are busy and will not initiate communication outside what is required for taskings

Upper management is approachable and happy to help. Weekly meetings are held to communicate information to staff and individual meetings to discuss work and other issues.

My managers are on the same floor and the door is always open to me so long as they're not in a meeting.

I have experienced the best mentoring at this company, structure and good feedback. I was sorely lacking this in my previous role so I have a good baseline of comparison. Managers are experienced and approachable. They usually have time to spare to see you at short notice.

It is really hard to get in touch with the leadership team and i get the vibe from other long term employees that above a certain manager stationed at the office, we are not able to get in touch with anyone higher than him.

Management are all really friendly and open to being mentors. Many have tried to help me struggle through this program. Important to note is that most managers and senior leadership are based across the country and not in one place, particularly in Adelaide

Not all managers make good mentors. Need to find someone with the same values as me.

Managers are very accessible. Friendly, approachable, willing to be mentors. Team leaders (your immediate manager) have been super supportive and give great advice and performance feedback.

Most managers are actively involved in development planning and management - many of them also mentor other employees. most managers are friendly and approachable and enjoy what time they can spend with the graduates.

Managers are very approachable and accessible in the office. From what I've encountered thus far, they have been very willing to assist and mentor.
