I have only been at BAE for 3 weeks so am still getting my head around my roles and responsibilities. It does seem however that the work I'll be doing will provide me with some responsibility suited to my level of experience in the industry and within the company.

I have worked elsewhere between graduating from my studies and starting in this graduate role. Whilst it is sometimes hard to see how graduate work fits into the big picture, none of the work I have produced so far has been at all nugatory. There is a breadth and variety.
